How do I know if I need a new roof or just repairs?

Most residential roof replacements take 1–3 days, depending on roof size, weather conditions, and material type.
How do I know if my soffit or fascia needs replacing?
Signs include peeling paint, soft or rotting wood, sagging sections, pest activity, poor attic ventilation, or water damage along roof edges.

We install aluminum, vinyl, and custom-bent metal trim, along with roofline and wall flashing, window and door flashing, and moisture-protection flashing for vulnerable areas.
